All members, advertisers and others who post to elephant.org.il must agree to abide by the following Code of Ethics:
  1. Pay employees and suppliers on time for services rendered at the agreed upon price.
  2. Provide services to the best of their ability.
  3. Represent skills and abilities honestly.
  4. Do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, national origin, age or physical disability except where those factors are directly related to performance of the tasks required or mandated by law or safety regulations.
This Code of Ethics was announced Jan. 20, 2008 and takes effect immediately as a requirement for all new memberships, posting rights and future advertising at Elephant.org.il .
