How to Post to the Calendar

    Note: Courses that are not free have been moved to the Courses Calendar.

    1. Login.  

    2. Click Upcoming Events (or Upcoming Courses)


    3. Go New event and click the + sign.

    4. Fill in the event form.

    • Enter the name of the Event. Make it short and to the point because this is what will appear in the Calendar and under Upcoming Events.
    • Enter the date in dd/mm/yyyy format (the calendar that opens up is defective). Clear the All day check box and enter the start and end times where relevant.
    • Select an event Type. Options are: * Free Event * Event with a Forum Discount (use only if members of פי"ל get a special discount) * Art * Poetry *Music *Other Worthwhile Event
    • Enter the body of the announcement. The calendar does not currently support HTML.

     

    5. Click Save.
