Salary/Rate Survey Results Policy

Reporting takes place during the first 15 days of each quarter and the results are published on the 15th of the following month. Access is limited to members who participate in the survey and non-members who participated the previous quarter. Access rights are valid until Dec. 31, 2008 or until your membership or survey subscription ends. Participation-based access automatically expires early if you stop participating in the surveys.

During the reporting period, participants can join elephant or renew membership at a discount rate (participants who are over 60 years old or an Oleh Hadash/Olah Hadasha go to http://elephant.org.il/join_now because you receive a larger discount there) or can purchase a participant subscription to the survey results for 2009 at a fraction of the price than nonparticipants pay.

• Members of elephant who participate in the survey and participant subscribers will receive access to the most up-to-date results of the surveys for:
  • Employee Technical/Marcom Writer Salaries
  • Freelance Technical/Marcom Writer Rates
  • Freelance Copy Editor and Proofreader Rates
    

• If you are not a member of elephant and did not participate last quarter, you will receive access to results for Freelance Copy Editor and Proofreader Rates for all but the most recent published quarter. If you really need the results for the most recently published quarter you can upgrade your access for 60 NIS + VAT . Better yet, join elephant or purchase a participation-based subscription for 2009 .
