Membership always runs until the end of the calendar year. Now that we are entering a recession your membership in elephant is more important than ever. Keeping up on salaries and freelance rates, sharing contacts and job leads, letting potential employers know you are available and how to find you are at the heart of Elephant. The surveys are the most accurate of their kind (participation is confidential, but not anonymous - so controls are in place to ensure accuracy and reliability).
