In this Role You will:

  • Conduct content reviews with key partners from engineering, marketing, and other teams as needed

  • Identify content gaps and propose logical ways to fill them based on data.

  • Develop technical and industry specific content, validate content objectives and audience with data and analytics.

  • Continually raise the team's content standards by focusing on content quality, types, structure, and authoring guidelines.

  • Work with subject matter experts to address gaps in content coverage, asking relevant questions to advocate for sellers and customers
